To move a panel behind another one, refresh the skin by clicking the middle mouse button
Dimensions 1920 x 1200 | 1920 x 1080 | 1680 x 1050 | 1600 x 900 | 1440 x 768 | 1366 x 768 | 1280 x 800

Instructions :

Run the installer.
Use the picture provided in the wallpaper folder as your wallpaper. (Right click the picture, Set as Desktop Background.)
Open the Variables.inc and edit the settings "...Skins\Sand\Variables\Variables.inc"
Choose the foreground skin that fits the width of your screen

the folders widget doesn't seem to be working for me. I click on the folders and nothing happens? Help please.

Open the Variables.inc and edit the settings "...Skins\Sand\Variables\Variables.inc". You will find what you are looking for in the programs section.

how to move foreground to bottom?
can't move or drag stay on the top

It should already stay on the bottom if you refresh the skin but if it doesn't then you need to right click your rainmeter icon in your notification menu and hover over "Sand\Foreground" untill you see "manage skin" as one of the options. That should bring up your display settings and there you will see that the click through option is enabled. If you disable it you will be able to drag it to where you want to position it.
